I don’t care about the cold, it’s close enough to spring that I’m getting in the mood for sunshine and barbecues. First up, we have a spring-like cocktail for your delectation: the Chelsea rose.

You will need:

  • Teapot
  • Teacup/Mason jar

Ingredients:

  • 50ml gin
  • 150ml cloudy apple juice
  • 5 fresh raspberries
  • Squeeze of lemon

How to make it:

Pour all your ingredients in to the teapot and give it a brisk stir. Let it brew for a little while, and then serve in a chilled teacup or mason jar. This is a fresh and sweet cocktail, perfect for gin fans, but even better served at a barbecue. For best results, use Hendrick’s gin!
