Cocktail Bar: My Sharona

The fridge is still full of raspberries this week, so it was about time I threw some in a cocktail again! This week, we’re going for the brilliantly named My Sharona

You will need:

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Bar spoon
  • Collins glass/Mason jar

Ingredients:

  • 55ml white rum
  • 30ml of Lemon Juice
  • Ginger beer
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1 bar spoon-worth of agave syrup

How to make it:

In the cocktail shaker, muddle together your raspberries, and then add all ingredients apart from the ginger beer, and shake well with ice. Strain in to your glass, top up with the ginger beer and give it a good stir. Serve with fresh raspberries as a garnish! The ginger beer makes this a sharp cocktail, and it’s best served ice cold (so perfect for the current heatwave!)
