Raspberries are still in abundance and they’re absolutely delicious. I can’t get enough of them! This week, I’m indulging in a very boozy cocktail topped with these sweet treats: the Peven

You will need:

  • Highball glass
  • Crushed ice


  • 30ml vodka
  • 60ml black raspberry liqueur
  • 60ml cranberry juice
  • 30ml orange juice
  • 4 (or more!) raspberries

How to make it:

Simply drop the ingredients in to your glass over ice, garnish with raspberries, and serve. No cocktail shaker involved, and don’t even stir! Sweet and delicious, make sure you save the raspberries to the end so they soak up some of the cocktail for a boozy treat.
