Sometimes it’s hard enough getting through the day without trying to figure out what you want for dinner. Which is why I have a super-quick, super-simple pasta recipe that is a complete failsafe for those clueless evenings: easy salmon spaghetti. Full of good nutrients, tasty, and made with basic cupboard ingredients, you’ll have dinner ready in a flash.

You will need:

  • Colander
  • 2 saucepans
  • Oven dish
  • Bowl and spoon

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • Handful of broccoli florets
  • 65g gluten free spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Squeeze of lemon

How to make it:

Pre-heat the oven to around 180°C fan, and bake the salmon for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli to your liking (I like mine slightly al dente, which takes about 3-4 minutes).

Once the salmon has cooled off a little, crumble in to a bowl with the mayonnaise and lemon and mix well. Boil a pan of water and cook the spaghetti for about 10 minutes. Once done, pile it all together and serve. Delicious!
