Smoothie Bar: Banana-Blueberry Smoothie

It’s been a long old week. Which is why I’ve been looking forward to this smoothie all week; filled with sweet end-of-season blueberries and perfectly ripe banana, this is the ideal pick-me-up for breakfast.

Banana-blueberry smoothie

You will need:

  • Blender
  • Tall glass


  • 1 banana
  • Handful blueberries
  • 200ml milk
  • 5 tbsp plain yoghurt

How to make it:

As per usual, just blend up and serve. Make sure the blueberries and banana are the right kind of ripe; this is a delicious breakfast smoothie full of freshness and good-for-you ingredients. I love blueberries at the moment, and so enjoying them while I can.
