28th September – 12th October: Southbank Centre

The international line up is better than ever. Events include a four day reading of Moby Dick, and Terry Gilliam talking about his life, career and inspiration. It’s time to celebrate everything wordy! Find out more here

Halloween: the spookiest night of the year. Luckily for you, there are plenty of Halloween events going on around the city. Find a ghost tour (mine involves a pub crawl too!) or party – try Time Out’s list of things to do for some inspiration.
