If there is one thing to come out of the 90 Day SSS Plan already, it’s my new favourite smoothie. The Go Go green smoothie is so delicious I’ve been having it several times a week!

You will need:

  • Chopping board and knife
  • Blender/smoothie maker
  • Scales

Ingredients:

  • 185 ml coconut water
  • 16g almond butter
  • 5g wheatgrass
  • 60g raw spinach
  • 20g whey protein
  • 1 apple
  • 16g flaxseeds

How to make it:

Simply blend it all together with a handful of ice. I’ve got the berry flavour whey protein, which is perfect for this smoothie, as chocolate is too sweet. This is the ideal post-workout fuel too, with lots of nutrients to boost your body after working hard.
