Fitness, Inspiration, Instagram, #HoBFitness

Instagram is the place to go for fitness inspiration. Bloggers, personal trainers and fitness icons constantly post photos and videos to inspire and keep you motivated, often with hundreds of hashtags. But #fitspo is over. What are the hashtags you should be following to get your inspiration?

#girlgains

One of the founders of #girlgains is Zanna van Dijk (who is worth a follow), and the hashtag looks to inspire fitness of every kind – from making your first steps in to the fitness world, to athletes at the top of their game. It doesn’t matter what your goal is, #girlgains is there to inspire you and cheer you on.

#ukrunchat

It began on Twitter, but #ukrunchat is one of the most established hashtags out there for runners. Post your running selfies, your ParkRun personal best, or just ask for hints and tips to get out there and run.

#thesweatlife

This hashtag started out as part of a lululemon campaign, but has taken on a life of its own. Fitness is all about getting down and sweaty – so #thesweatlife celebrates every part of that. Post a sweaty selfie and get involved.

#thisgirlcan

Sorry, another one for the girls. This is all about the goals – you can do it! #thisgirlcan proves that you can do anything you want if you put in the work. It’s super inspirational, and will give you ideas for your next goal every time. It’s a personal favourite to follow, just to see the amazing things people are doing.

What hashtags do you use for your fitness Instagram?
